Do agents hallucinate?
We use retrieval, structured tool-calling, and evals to keep behavior predictable. Critical paths always include guardrails or human approval.
Does it work without internet?
Yes — that's the core requirement we design for first. Local-first storage means the app is fully functional offline; sync happens automatically when connectivity returns.
Does this work with our existing ledger?
Yes. We integrate with the major ledgers and can layer on top without forcing a migration.
Do you build from scratch or configure an existing tool?
Honest answer: whichever is cheaper for your exact use case. Off-the-shelf wins for commodity workflows; custom wins when your process is genuinely unique or high-volume.
Do you build in Next.js or can we choose the stack?
We default to Next.js and Payload CMS because they're production-proven and fast. We'll use another stack if there's a strong reason, but we don't default to generic WordPress.
Do you conduct user research?
Yes — for projects where budget allows, we run user interviews and usability tests. For tighter scopes we use heuristic evaluation and session data you already have.
Do you do design-only projects without development?
Yes. We deliver Figma files, design systems, and prototypes as standalone outputs — you take them to your dev team or back to us for implementation.
Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?
Yes — screenshots, store copy, ASO, and the submission process. We've been through enough App Store review cycles to know what trips reviewers and how to avoid it.
Do you handle hosting and DevOps?
Yes. We default to Vercel or Railway for hosting and set up CI, preview deployments, and monitoring as part of the build — not as an afterthought.
Do you handle multi-location chains?
Yes. Most of our salon work is for chains with 3–30 locations.
Do you integrate with our existing GDS / bedbank?
Yes — we've shipped integrations with Hotelbeds, TBO, Travelgate, Bokun, and several GDSs.
Do you integrate with portals like Idealista, Immoscout, Otodom?
Yes — feed-based or API integrations depending on the portal.
