// ENGAGEMENT METHODOLOGY

Four phases. Measurable outcomes.

A structured, milestone-driven engagement model that takes you from business need identification to a production-ready system — typically within 6 to 10 weeks. Below is a detailed breakdown of each phase.

6–10 tyg.
from kickoff to production deployment
Weekly
working-system demonstrations, not status reports
100%
full ownership of code, infrastructure and data

Week 1

Analysis & Audit

Upon completion of the analysis phase, you will have a detailed report with prioritised improvement areas and a clear investment rationale.

We conduct a comprehensive review of your operational processes, data architecture, and existing technology ecosystem. We identify automation and digitalisation opportunities with the greatest return on investment potential — based on data, not assumptions.

// DELIVERABLES
  • Process and systems audit report
  • Prioritised automation opportunity map
  • Estimated effort and ROI per identified area
  • Strategic recommendation with risk-benefit analysis
// REQUIRED FROM YOUR SIDE
  • Kickoff session (60–90 min) with operational and technical leadership
  • Read access to current systems (CRM, ERP, analytics)
  • Identification of processes generating the highest costs or delays

Week 2

Solution Design

You receive a detailed delivery plan with a defined scope, timeline and budget — no subsequent surprises.

We develop the system architecture, process flows, integration plan with existing infrastructure, and data model. Everything is documented as a precise project plan with milestones, costs and identified risks named upfront.

// DELIVERABLES
  • System architecture and integration map
  • Process flows and key interface prototypes
  • Phased roadmap with weekly milestones
  • Fixed-scope quote or transparent T&M billing plan
// REQUIRED FROM YOUR SIDE
  • 1–2 review sessions with decision makers
  • Formal sign-off on scope before development begins
03
Weeks 3–8

Development & Integration

A working system available for review every week — full transparency of progress at every stage.

We execute the project in weekly iterations with a live staging environment accessible to your team. Integrations with existing systems and data sources are implemented and monitored from day one.

// DELIVERABLES
  • Staging environment updated weekly
  • Weekly progress report
  • Direct communication channel with the project team
  • Production-grade code, automated tests and CI/CD from day one
// REQUIRED FROM YOUR SIDE
  • 30-minute weekly review session
  • Timely feedback on staging environment builds
  • Access to endpoints and test environments of integrated systems
04
Week 9+

Deployment & Optimisation

Full post-deployment support and measurable verification of achieved business outcomes.

Production deployment with monitoring configuration, training of the client team, and an optimisation sprint based on real usage data. Upon project completion, your team holds full ownership of the system.

// DELIVERABLES
  • Production deployment with monitoring and alerts
  • Team training and system handover documentation
  • 30-day post-launch optimisation window
  • ROI report benchmarked against the original baseline
// REQUIRED FROM YOUR SIDE
  • Decision makers for formal go-live sign-off
  • Access to analytics systems for outcome verification
// ENGAGEMENT PRINCIPLES

The foundations of effective delivery.

Delivery transparency

No generic status reports. We deliver working system increments on a regular cadence and communicate directly — in the channels your organisation already uses.

Defined milestones

Every phase has a defined deliverable scope, completion date and formal sign-off. The project status is always unambiguous.

Return on investment first

We design around measurable business outcomes — conversion growth, process cycle time reduction, operational cost savings — not aesthetics.

Full client ownership

Code, infrastructure, data and access credentials belong to you in their entirety. We document the system so that any competent team can take over and continue development.

// FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answers to key decision-making questions.

How long does a typical project take?+

Most engagements reach production within 6 to 10 weeks. Larger platform projects are delivered in phases spanning 3 to 6 months — with working system increments delivered weekly from week three onwards.

How is pricing structured?+

We offer two models: fixed-scope (following Solution Design, we lock pricing for a defined milestone) or weekly time-and-materials with a soft cap. We recommend whichever model best fits the risk profile of your specific project.

Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?+

Yes. A non-disclosure agreement is signed prior to the analysis phase; a data processing agreement is signed before any data access is granted. We are GDPR-compliant and work with clients in regulated sectors including fintech, healthcare and logistics.

How does collaboration work if we have an in-house development team?+

We integrate with your existing team. Your developers participate in our daily project standups, have access to the full repository, and are co-owners of the codebase from day one. Most engagements conclude with a formal handover to the internal team.

Is it possible to pause or conclude the engagement between phases?+

Yes. Each phase delivers standalone business value. Following the analysis phase, you hold a complete plan that can be executed by any other team — including your own.

The initial consultation is complimentary.
